10 Things I Love/Hate about my Xoom

Things I love:

  • It is rocket fast
  • The touch screen works well
  • It is not bootloader locked (yet)
  • It is fairly intuitive
  • It multitasks
  • It has 2 cameras
  • It runs Android (it is hackable)
  • Many of my phone apps work with it
  • Video playback is impressive
  • Angry birds are GIANT on the screen

Things I dislike or would change:

  • An option to move back button and or all buttons in TOP left or right corner
  • A keyboard that I can use without letting go of the device (thumb drive if you will)
  • An option NOT to have a shortcut made every time I download an app
  • A better movie editor, at least the ability to add a title or text
  • An Office or text application
  • Buttons and sliders that are easier to use. I go crazy trying to muck with the volume
  • Books that I do not pay for permanently download (I have to take this back you can use the options in the Market to download the whole book to your device)
  • More than 16 tablet specific apps (I am sure more are coming)
  • The ability to connect to my Mac via USB without an Android application I have to download for my Mac
  • A picture frame app that plays a slide show of my pictures
